Theorical and practics course with 50 yoga positions plus the learningo of Pratiajara, Dhárana y Dhiana.

Seminars to people that already did the basic yoga course. This is an intense course in hours and content
The seminar start on friday at 6 pm and ends on sunday 5 pm.
d) YOGA Y CHAMANISM SEMINARS FOR WOMEN.
It is a specially designed seminar for women. We teach dances and yoga positions for women.
-Phylosophy and history of the great woman warriors.
-Tensegrity exercises.
